Energy Management

  • Domestic hot water is produced by solar panels.
  • The reasonable use of a CMV for air ventilation is encouraged. The system works based on humidity levels (giving an incentive to keep doors closed).
  • Encouraging the use of washing machines on the eco program, fully loaded and with minimal use of the tumble dryer; promoting the use of the clothes horse.

The minimal use of cleaning products:

  • Placing bulk orders with suppliers of eco-friendly detergents, WC products, floor cleaners, etc. 
  • Cleaning once a week by pressure washer. 
  • Studying the different specifications of eco-labels to better understand products and their compositions: Green Tree and the European Eco-label
  • The minimal use of pesticides
  • Mechanical weeding is favored
